In the event of rain or inclement weather causing your tour to be cancelled a number of options are available:

• An alternate day or time will be sought.
• The option will be given to start or complete the tour by car at the scheduled time. If weather clears the tour may be able to be finished on the Trike.
• If the above options are not suitable a full refund of any payment will be made.

Under no circumstances will Orange Trike Tours be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost or damaged property, lost profits or savings or damages or disappointment. By placing a booking you agree to these conditions.

Orange Trike Tours may arrange for your ride to be carried out by another trike company. In such instances, Orange Trike Tours accepts no liability in connection with such services or for any loss, injury, or damages to in respect to person or property. Orange Trike Tours reserves the right to alter contents of product when deemed necessary.

NO changes are permitted within the 72 hours prior to your ride.

You will lose the full cost of your ride if you fail to show for your ride except for exceptional circumstances.  No refunds or ride rescheduling are allowed. You may send someone else in your place if you wish. Please let us know the name of the replacement person before the ride. If you are unduly concerned about your ability to attend the ride, travel insurance is recommended (contact your Insurance Broker).

Trike rides depend on mechanical performance or staffing availability. When conditions are deemed by Orange Trike Tours to be unsuitable or unsafe to proceed, then the ride will be cancelled.

In the unfortunate event that a ride must be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to any factor, Orange Trike Tours will hold payment and offer alternative dates. If  Orange Trike Tours has cancelled, a ride a full refund will be given. Any refunds will be processed in the same way as you originally paid for the ticket. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Orange Trike Tours will not accept any liability for travel, accommodation, inconvenience or other cost incurred or lost through such cancellations.

(a) It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received booking confirmation details of your ride: please notify our office immediately and prior to your ride date if you do not have this information.

(b) In the interests of safety, you undertake to follow the instruction of the driver, comply with any local codes of conduct and act sensibly and prudently at all times. You also agree to indemnify Orange Trike Tours, it’s owners, officers and employees for all loses and/or damage arising from any act or default on your part or the part of a member of your party.

(c) Personal belongings are taken at your own risk.

(d) Motorcycling and trike riding is an outdoor adventure activity. Orange Trike Tours cannot be held liable for damage to clothing.
